Patients want two things before they book: a realistic price and a time. A clinic’s AI assistant can give both — from your approved price list, in the patient’s language — while every clinical question goes to a dentist.

People rarely research a dentist when they feel fine. They do it at night, with a toothache, or after months of putting off the implant they know they need. Either way, they arrive anxious, and they have two questions the website usually doesn’t answer directly: roughly how much will this cost, and when can I come in?
A clinic that answers both, calmly and immediately, wins the patient. A clinic that answers neither — or answers with “please call during opening hours” — often doesn’t.
Why healthcare needs a stricter assistant
In most industries, a chatbot that improvises is an embarrassment. In healthcare it is a liability. So before talking about what a clinic’s assistant can do, it is worth being precise about what it must never do:
It never diagnoses. “Is this pain serious?” is a question for a dentist.
It never gives treatment or medication advice.
It never quotes a price that isn’t on your approved list.
It never promises an outcome.
With Enéh, every clinic’s assistant runs with a dedicated healthcare rule set — not a line someone hopes the model will remember. A symptom is met with empathy and a way to be seen by your team, and any price that doesn’t appear in your data is removed before the answer is sent.

Price ranges patients can trust
Dental prices are rarely a single number, and patients know it. What they want is an honest range and an explanation of what decides the final price. The assistant gives exactly what your price list says: an implant “from 220,000 Ft including consultation, the crown is a separate item, the final price follows an individual assessment”; a check-up for 9,000 Ft; a filling “from” a given amount depending on size.
That kind of answer does something important: it removes the fear of the unknown bill, which is often the real reason people postpone treatment.
From question to check-up appointment
Once the price question is settled, the next step is almost always the same: a first visit. The assistant offers free check-up slots and books one (on the Pro plan, in real time against your calendar), or collects a call-back request with the patient’s name, phone number and a short note. Your reception starts the day with a list of patients who already know what to expect.
Urgent cases: fast, but human
“I have terrible toothache, can you see me today?” is not a question an AI should triage. What it can do is act quickly: tell the patient what your clinic does for emergencies (for example, that you try to offer a same-day slot), show your phone number, and send a call-back request to your team — with the patient’s details and the reason already filled in.

Foreign patients, in their own language
Hungary’s dental clinics have treated patients from Austria, Germany, the UK and beyond for decades. Many of those patients first meet your clinic on your website — late in the evening, in their own language. The assistant replies in the language of the visitor’s browser, using the same approved prices and the same booking flow, and can tell them which languages your team speaks when they arrive.
Calm is part of the service
Anxious patients notice tone. You can set the assistant to address patients formally, keep its sentences short and reassuring, and avoid anything that sounds like marketing. Combined with a clear price and a clear next step, that calm tone is often what turns a hesitant visitor into a booked check-up.
What to measure
Check-ups booked or requested through the assistant.
Questions asked before booking — usually price, pain, insurance and parking.
Call-back requests and how quickly your team responded.
Conversations in foreign languages — a direct measure of your international reach.
Ask the demo clinic anything
Aurora Dental Clinic is our demo practice. Ask it what an implant costs, whether it accepts your insurance, or — to see the boundary in action — whether your tooth pain is serious. Open the dental clinic demo, or request one built on your clinic’s website.
