Car buyers research for weeks, mostly in the evening. An AI assistant answers stock, price, trade-in and financing questions from your live inventory, books test drives — and lets your salesperson step into the conversation at the right moment.

Buying a car is a long, careful process, and most of it now happens before the buyer ever visits a showroom. They compare models in the evening, check prices on three sites, and think about what their current car is worth. By the time they call a dealership, they have often already chosen one — usually the one that answered their questions first.
An AI assistant lets your dealership be that one, at any hour. And when the buyer is ready, it does something a form can’t: it hands the conversation to a person, live.
The questions that come before a test drive
“Is the Tiguan still available?”
“Do you take trade-ins? What would my 2015 Golf be worth?”
“Can I get financing or leasing?”
“Does it come with a warranty? Is the service history complete?”
“Can I test drive it on Saturday?”
All of these have answers in your inventory and your terms. None of them should wait until the next morning.

Live inventory, honest answers
The assistant works from your current stock: model, price, mileage, fuel, gearbox, status. A car that is in stock is shown with a card; one that has been sold or is only available to order is presented that way — with similar alternatives — instead of being “available” forever because an old page said so.
It answers trade-in and financing questions from your own terms — for example, that you value the current car on site for free, or that loans and leasing are available through partners — without inventing a valuation or an interest rate it doesn’t have.
From interest to a test drive
When a buyer wants to see a car, the assistant offers a test-drive slot (or collects a request), takes their name and phone number, and notes what matters: the car they’re interested in, whether they have a trade-in, whether they need financing. Your sales team gets a lead that is ready for a real conversation, not a cold call.

Live takeover: the moment that matters
Some conversations are too valuable to leave to any assistant. A buyer comparing two cars, negotiating on a trade-in, or ready to reserve today should talk to a person. From your Enéh dashboard, a salesperson can open any ongoing conversation and reply directly. The visitor sees a colleague join the same chat — no new window, no “please call us” — and the salesperson sees everything that was said before.
Fewer cold leads, more prepared visits
The value isn’t just more leads — it is better ones. A buyer who has already asked about the warranty, the service history and the trade-in arrives at the showroom with fewer doubts and a clear interest. Your salesperson spends the visit on the car, not on repeating the website.
What to measure
Test drives booked or requested through the assistant.
Conversations taken over live, and how many of those ended in a visit or a reservation.
The models people ask about most — and the ones they ask about that you don’t have.
Trade-in and financing questions: a good indicator of how ready a buyer is.
