Same facts, your voice: 40 characters and automatic languages

A pizzeria and a law firm shouldn’t sound the same. Enéh lets you choose how your assistant talks — formal or casual, a name of your own, or one of 40 ready-made characters — while every price and fact stays exactly as you approved it, in any language your visitors speak.

A grid of Enéh character portraits in different costumes — Italian mamma, hussar, astronaut, concierge, pirate and more

Most chatbots sound like the same polite call-centre script, whatever the business. That is safe, but it is also forgettable — and for a lot of businesses, the way you talk to customers is part of what they come back for. A family trattoria is warm and chatty. A dental clinic is calm and reassuring. A craft-beer bar can afford a joke.

Enéh lets the assistant sound like your business. The interesting part is what doesn’t change when it does.

Three layers, only one of them fixed

Think of every answer as three layers stacked on top of each other:

  • Facts — prices, opening hours, products, links, names. These come from your approved knowledge and never change.

  • Voice — how the facts are said: formal or casual, short or chatty, plain or playful.

  • Language — whichever language the visitor is using.

You choose the voice. The visitor’s browser chooses the language. The facts stay exactly as you approved them.

Same question, same price — two very different personalities.

Choosing a voice

Tone and form of address

On every plan, the assistant follows the tone you set. In Hungarian this includes one of the most important brand decisions there is: whether to address customers with the informal “te” or the formal “Ön”. A youthful café using “Ön” feels stiff; a law firm using “te” feels unserious. You decide once, and the assistant sticks to it.

A name of your own

From the Advanced plan, you can give the assistant its own name — your shop’s mascot, the name of the founder’s grandmother, or simply “Anna from reception”. It introduces itself that way and stays in role.

Forty ready-made characters

On the Pro plan, you can pick one of 40 ready-made characters, each with a portrait and a distinct way of speaking: an Italian Mamma for a pizzeria, a Hungarian Hussar for a heritage restaurant, a Grand Hotel Concierge for a boutique hotel, a calm Yoga Teacher for a wellness studio, a Pirate Captain for a family attraction, a Sommelier for a wine bar — and many more. Optionally, the character’s portrait replaces the widget avatar.

Characters aren’t only for playful brands. A themed voice makes a small business memorable in a way that a generic assistant never will — and visitors tend to enjoy talking to it, which means longer conversations and more questions answered.

How the facts stay safe

Giving a language model a personality has a known risk: in trying to sound like a pirate, it might change “+490 Ft” into “a few coins”, or rename a dish. Enéh handles this with a strict order of operations. The answer is first written and checked against your approved knowledge as usual. Only then is it restyled in the character’s voice — and the restyled version is compared with the original. If any number, link, name or factual claim changed, the restyled version is thrown away and the plain, correct answer is sent instead.

Language and voice adapt; the facts underneath don’t.

Every language, automatically

The assistant answers in the language of the visitor’s browser — no language switcher, no separate setup. It is tuned first and foremost for natural Hungarian phrasing, and speaks English, German and most European languages too. The welcome message, conversation starters and the small teaser bubble are written once by you and translated automatically, so a tourist sees a German greeting and a German answer from the same approved knowledge.

For businesses near tourist routes, in dental or medical tourism, or with international customers, this is often the feature that pays for itself first.

It remembers who it’s talking to

Personality is also about continuity. When a visitor comes back — after a page refresh or days later — the assistant knows where the conversation left off. Nobody has to explain themselves twice, which is exactly what a good regular customer expects from a good business.
